Frontispiece vignette by Charles Keene. Features over one thousand humorous sayings, anecdotes, and epigrams. Name plate of Frank M. Hosier on front pastedown, and bookplate of C.B. Farrar on verso of front free endpaper. Bubbles on front and rear boards. Small perforation to upper rear board. Rubbing to edges and joints. Wear to spine ends with slight tearing at tail. Sporadic notes and highlighted passages in pencil to pages and rear endpapers. Sporadic stains. Otherwise a good copy.
