Unbumped spine head and tail, with sharp corners. In black ink in a very neat hand on the half title page is a gift inscription from, apparently, a Takenaka staff member. Else an immaculate copy. No DJ, as issued. In a matching slip case, the slip case also bearing a gift inscription. A Near Fine copy in a Very Good slip case. This book is scarce in any condition.. First Edition.
