Contains black and white illustrated plates. Contains ex-libris plate. Pages are moderately tanned with visible foxing, heavy in places. Notable thumb-marking present. Previous owner's inscription to front endpapers. Notable water stain to frontispiece. Page 175 and plate at p. 144 detached but present. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Heavy tanning to board edges and spine, which has notable crushing to ends. Notable cracking to rear joint. Notable scuffing to edges. Notable loss to label.
