Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1924. First Edition. This book is a first edition and signed by author on front endpage. Measuring approximately 8.5" x 5.75" with 418 numbered pages.

This book is in good plus condition. Minor bumping to both ends of spine. Minor chip to the middle of spine. Minor staining to all edges of textblock. Authors signature on front endpaper. Two loose signed letters from the author in between front pastedown and endpaper. Dust jacket is in poor condition. Heavy chipping to both ends of spine. Open tear at gutter on front panel. Chipping around all edges of jacket. Front flap completely detached front jacket.
