A carefully written book based upon contemporary newspaper accounts and considered accurate" (Ramon Adams, Six-Guns and Saddle Leather, #1087). Octavo: v, [ii], 119 p. with a frontispiece and 12 plates. Original gray cloth binding, with gilt titles. Period previous owner's ink signature to a prefatory blank leaf. The spine is darkened just a touch, with some mild rubbing to the corners and tips; otherwise very good.
