James Nisbet & Co, 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No edition remarks. 855 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth covered boards with gilt. Gilt edges to textblock. Pages with some foxing and tanning, particularly to endpapers and textblock edges. Heavy cracking to hinges and gutters. Binding loose. Boards have heavy shelf wear with bumping and fraying to corners and crushing, fraying and tearing to spine ends and edges. All surfaces tanned and sunned, particularly spine. Gilt lettering to spine is dulled but remains brighter on front.
