London: Macmillan and Co., 1876. 296 pages, plus folding map. Ex-Library with usual older markings. Original blue cloth covers are worn and the bottom board is detached but present. Cloth over spine is chipped and mostly loosened. Folding map with a few light misfolds also shows a closed tear from bound edge that enters the border by about one inch. Volume remains tight and contents are otherwise clean and intact. Good binding copy. . First Edition. Cloth - Hard Cover. Fair-/No Dust Jacket.

Historically, I have specialized in Kansas and regional history, but also maintain quality collections of Natural History, Theology, Americana, Railroad, Travel and Exploration, Medicine, Art, and Psychology, Neurology, and Psychiatry. Fine bindings, plate books, signed and inscribed items are an important part of my collections. Smaller, though intriguing collections of other genre are also a part of my holdings.
