New York: The Architectural Book Publishing Company, 1920. First edition, 1920. Oversize volume (16" tall) containing photographs, sketches and a few floor plans of noted residences. Blue cloth printed in gilt, 140 pages. Some external wear, mainly fraying and light chipping to the corners and spine ends, minor cover soil, good hinges, firm text block, very clean pages with a small and thin transparent stain to the very far bottom margins of pages through the second half of the book, a tiny architectural company stamp at the upper corner of the front free endpaper, no other names or markings.. Hard Cover. Good. Folio - 12" - 15" Tall.
