Blue Hardcover-1961 second printing-wonderful copy –excellent condition minimal amount of edge wear – small bump rolled corners– pretty endpapers of aqua color with maps blue cloth boards titling light blue and white on spine at front– interior the book is unmarked without remarks or inscriptions printed on extremely expensive almost photo-quality paper sprinkled with pictures throughout.no dust jacket -see pictures maybe this will do it maybe it won't. you'll know by looking at the pictures, I try to note all defects,so you can make an informed buying decision...
