Fifth impression. "An interestingly written story with concise 'at-a-glance' tables showing the exact clothes worn in every period. B/w frontispiece, 6 colour plates and numerous in-text b/w illustrations. Blue cloth with blind stamped title to front, gilt titles to spine. Binding tight. Boards clean with light rubbing to corners and spine ends. Light foxing to endpapers. Jacket unclipped 12/6 net with pieces missing from spine ends and top of back panel, tears and creasing to edges, fading to spine. Not ex-library. No names, notes or inscriptions. 152 pp. All books are individually described. All overseas orders are sent airmail by Royal Mail International Tracked.
