London: Rodwell and Martin, 1817. First Thus. Boards. Good.. Water stained green boards with cream colored 1/4 boards, front and back cover along spine are 1 1/2 inch closed tears. There is water damage to cover and to preliminary pages, page edges are wavy. The cover appears to have been pasted to the free endpapers. In the front is a fold out picture of ancient Greeks. 188 pp.

This is the English translation of the French version printed in 1816.
