Illustrated dustwrapper with purple and black coloured titles to the front panel and black coloured titles to the backstrip. Volume 2: Â (4), V-VII, (5), 436 pages. At the beginning of the text there is a double page map of ancient Mexico. Blue coloured endpapers.
