New York: Cupples and Leon, 1921. Book. Illus. by Hugh Spencer, Illustrator. Near Fine. Hardcover. Very clean hardcover book and original dust jacket. Clean green cloth boards with red and black illustration, black lettering on cover; black lettering on spine. No fading, rubbing or wear. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Very cute previous owner bookplate with Scottie Dog reading a book on front free endpaper. Full page 2-color illustrations by Hugh Spencer. All pages are clean. 114 pages + 2 pages of publisher's advertising for other Billy Bunny titles and the Little Prudy series. Clean bright illustrated jacket has slight edge wear, closed tears at spine ends; now in clean archival quality removable mylar cover. Very scarce in this condition..
