About This Item

Stein and Day, 1975. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine in Very Good DJ. First American printing, near fine, tight and clean hardcover shows some light soil at page edges, in very good + jacket (price at flap) showing bit of rubbing along with some light edge wear including a couple of closed tears. 422 pages loaded with black & whites. Still a nice copy of this work from a young Russian nurse and Red Cross worker who "..observed, and recorded with her plate camera and in her diary, the chaos, devastation, and bitterness of war..
