(Railroad Authority for Disabled Veteran Soldiers), 4.25" x 2.25", on franked ticket for "John White from Washington to Columbus via Balt. + Ohio R.R.", in another hand. Circular, blue stamp in lower right, punched by conductor. reads, "B. & O. R. R., C. H. Pagels, Ticket Agent, Washington Station". This Ticket enables John White, a "Disabled Volunteer Soldier" to travel from Washington to Columbus via "Balt. & Ohio".
