The Pages Are Rough Cut And Clean Apart From 56/57 Where Something Has Been Laid In And Has Foxing In The Gutter, 1" Either Side. The Illustrator Is Frederick Simpson Coburn Each Plate Is Tissue Protected The Binding Is Visible At The Ffep Where The Gutter Is Cracked But The Boards Are Still Holding Well. The Book Is In French And English. Green Cloth Covered Boards With Bright Gilt Title An Illustration Of The Habitant On The Front Board. DJ is complete and has very little shelfwear. There ts a watermark along the top edge front and rear leaving a very slight stain. Still a very good copy.
