A handful of pages prior to those pages have shelf-wear at the tippity-tip of the top corner. The pages are crisp, white and clean. No writing or underlining. I doubt the book has been read (just stored improperly). More than 330 clear color photos display the wide array of equipment once used to log high timber that are now eminently collectible, including axes, saws, filing tools, springboards, oil bottles, undercutters, wedges, marlin spikes, drag saws, and venerable chainsaws. I feel this copy is still nice enough to be given as a gift.
