This is an antique book on poetry. The book comes in brown boards with gold lettering on its spine. There is no publishing date mentioned, however, there is an inscription to a former owner at the top of the first inside page dated 1896. The poetry, however, is still beautiful and powerful. The book's exterior has four worn corners, worn areas at the top and bottom of its spine, lightly worn areas on its top edge and on its front cover, and a stain on the closed book's right top page edge that just barely seeps on the pages inside of it. The interior book other than that small set of stains, is pulling away from its front and rear cover's bindings, but other than those detriments and the inscription, there are no further visible extraneous markings, detriments, or other distractions throughout the book and thus all of its poetry and its numerous illustrations are all in a preserved and enjoyable condition.

The cover is in very fine condition other than that. The interior pages have only the slightest amount of age and are clean, crisp, and firmly bound to the spine. Inside front cover has the previous owner's name handwritten in pen. Overall, this book is in very fine condition.
