Book has crayon drawing on paste down and fly leaf on both front and rear, pencil mark on pre-title pages, fly leaf has been trimmed so that an area about 6 inches by 3/4 inch is missing. All other pages are unmarked and very nice. Dust jacket has a 2 inch x 1 inch closed tear in title area, corners are very worn, ship along front foldover. Illustrations on front and back still clear and bright. Illustrated by Lucille W. And H. C. Hollling. .
