Decorative black and white endpapers. 223pps. Stated First Printing. There is a small, vintage price-label affixed to a preliminary page, otherwise Fine: clean, tight, square, and bright. All tips are sharp. The text is immaculate; no apparent reading wear and no previous ownership markings. The dustjacket, glossy in a new mylar sleeve, is mildly rubbed, has a 2" closed tear at the heel of the spine, a smaller closed tear at the top of the front panel, and two lines of writing (faint, principally an impression) at the top of the front panel; the original price (3.50) is intact.
