This military training complex was founded in 1750 by King Louis XV and was constructed by noted architect, Ange-Jacques Gabriel. Very scarce, in the publisher's original paper wraps. This is an interesting historical work by Robert Laulan, which provides detailed information on the Ecole militaire, as well as 'religious life in the former royal hotel'. The Ecole militaire is a complex of buildings within Paris which house various military training facilities, and was founded in 1750 by King Louis XV.
