Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Previous owner's inscription and stamp to front endpaper. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild marking to boards. Mild sunning to board edges. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has forward lean. Boards are notably warped. Clipped jacket has heavy edgewear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips, and creasing. Notable foxing. Mild rubbing and marking all over.

The book is in clean wine cloth-covered boards with sharp corners and bumped spine ends. Internally without writing or stamps, toned pages, quite tanned and heavily foxed to the text-block edges. The dustwrapper is creased to the edges with several small closed tears, small losses to the spine ends and tips - supplied in a new removable archival sleeve. Carefully packaged and despatched within 48 hours from our wee bookshop in Scotland.; 60x40 .
