Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 3rd Printing LVB3 This small blue book with dark blue titles is in good condition, but does show shelf wear in that the pages do show some foxing, the cover has some yellow discoloration at the edges and spine, with a brown oval mark on lower right front and a pale blue circle on lower back and other random markings. There is a mark from the publisher inside front cover indicating a donation amount appropriate for 1970. The back cover states that "the CCCO Programs purpose is to maintain freedom of conscience, to interpret the moral and legal basis of conscientious refusal to participate in war and conscription, to counsel and assist draft age men, their counselors and their attorneys, to encourage an end to conscription."
