Michael Brownstein), Ray DiPalma, and many others. Wraps. Tall 4to. Side stapled in publisher's original wraps; printed recto only. A very good plus copy. Mild toning to wraps, moderate handling wear. Small spot of ink to one page; presumed printer's error. Otherwise clean throughout. Good and sound. Unpaginated. [Clay and Phillips 186-88].
