Westminster, A. Constable & Co., 1896-1911, 1896. Limited Edition. Hardback. Limited edition of 1,025 copies - this is no. 159, numbered and SIGNED (initials GMM) by Meredith. Very good copies in the original title-blocked cloth. Cream cloth spine covers backing pink cloth-covered panels. Spine covers slightly tanned as with age. Spine bands lightly dulled and rubbed. Minor sun-toning evident on some front covers. Some scattered spots of foxing evident on the panel edges. Top edges gilt. Slightest of yellowing in in page margins. A number of volumes have unread and unopened pages. Remains particularly and surprisingly well-preserved overall; tight, bright, clean and strong. Further scans, images etc. and additional bibliographical material available on request. ; 8vo 8"" - 9"" tall; 0 pages; Desc.: 32v., 21cm.
