About This Item
F.C. and J. Rivington, 1805. Hardcover. Good. Eight volumes 8vo, full period calf, gilt ruled, raised bands with gilt titles. Perhaps Good+: the front board of Vol. I is detached and the front fly leaf is present but entirely detached, the rear board of Vol. VII is detached and the front board is nearly so. Rubbing and short splits at the joints, corners and spine ends moderately rubbed, five hinges starting, shallow damage at the top of the spine of Volume VI. Overall, not an unattractive set.
