Synopsis

Wolf Star Rise (2000) is the second book in The Claidi Journals series by Tanith Lee. It was written in 2000. Claidi prepares for her wedding to Argul, and is living quite comfortably with the Hulta. She is abruptly kidnapped and shipped off across the sea and jungle to a place called The Rise. The prince Venarion Yllar Kaslem-Idoros has brought her there at what he thinks to be her own request.
