Profusely illustrated with color photographs. This is a large, heavy volume-sorry to have to ask for extra postage. . A few pages have one small ripple on the fore-edge and one faint gray mark on the spine, else pristine, unmarked, tight, square and clean. In Near Fine slipcase with slight shelf-wear to bottom edge. NEAR FINE. . Color Photographs. 4to 11" - 13" tall. 719 pp .
