About This Item
New Abbot, Devon: David & Charles, 1971. 2nd revised ed. (1st-1857) . Grey Cloth. Fine/VG+. 14.5 Cm x 22 Cm. xviii+169+35 plates on 18 pp. 5 text figs, 1 unfolding, woodcut centre t.p., slipped in photocopy of fig.3. ; internally clean, tight & unmarked, the one query I have is that fig.3 should be unfolding but is in three parts, divided where 2 folds should be, what is odd is that there is no indication that of folds ever existing or that it was not actually issued this way - this I suggest may explain why the photocopy was slipped in - which however shows no marks indicating it was taken from a 3-part original image, am therefore, for rating purposes, assume the photopcopy was supplied by publisher, not taken by a previous owner. Jacket is fine, though the bottom rear wraparound has a paper-cutting fault. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
