Two volume set. 1499 pages across two volumes, indexed at the end of the second volume. Hardcovers bound in green buckram with gold lettering. There is minimal wear to the binding. Corner edges are lightly bumped. Outer edges of the text blocks show some slight contact marks. Some pages have been marked with small orange circular stickers at the fore edges by prior owners. The text is clean and unmarked. Sound and sturdy copies. A heavy set weighing over 12 pounds.
