About This Item

Used book may have markings, writing from the previous owner. DJ has some issues but book itself is in acceptable to good condition. DJ has bumping, rubbing, tears, on the top, spine, edges, corners. Section missing on front of DJ on authors name. Outer page edges with tanning, browning, stains and foxing. Top stain of yellow or lite brown on the outer edges. Pages deckled. Dampstain on DJ but has not bled onto the pages or reading material. Panoramic novel about how Jews were lulled into a sense of false security, how they were methodically liquidated at Auschwitz, how Horvath arranged for the famous rescue train which eventually brought 1,659 Jews to safety. B7.
