First edition; embossed lavender cloth decorated in lily motif, 8-1/8" tall, 343 pages, frontispiece illustration in color plus 4 black and white illus-trated plates by Dalton Stevens; just starting to wear through at bottom extremities, gilt on spine a little dulled, internally clean and sound. Lovely example of the books of Myrtle Reed with a floral binding designed by Margaret Armstrong, and bearing her monogram.
