Neatly fold-creased, with some toning, otherwise very good. The editor of India News, Reginald Lal Singh, was a member of the Indian National Congress. Born in British Guiana, his international experience had led him to strive for racial equality and for the independence of colonized peoples. Singh later has a minor Hollywood career; he is remembered in this capacity for playing Captain Chandra in the Star Trek episode "Court Martial.
