Cloth spine with marbled paper boards, gilt upper text edge. 207 plates. Condition is VERY GOOD ; spine moderately sunned, a little wear to spine head. Covers very clean, wear to corners. Binding tight. PO's names at tops of both front endpapers, another on blank after half title pg. That and the next blank both have a small ink spot. Loose tissue guard for frontis present. Text and plates very clean with no markings. Endpapers with prints of whaler log books are very clean. Naut. RGR.
