Text foreedge with 3 smudges - perhaps dirty finger tips, else Near Fine - clean and unmarked, covers crisp, binding tight. DJ with vertical tear and wrinkle (1/2" or so) along the top edge, else unclipped and near fine in removable mylar protector. .
