Set on the British waterways, the novel is a romantic comedy, telling the story of Jane Bell and her sister Lily, who operate a barge along England's rivers and canals. A smart copy of a classic work, signed, and in a smart early twentieth century dustwrapper. In the original green cloth binding. In the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally smart with handling marks to the boards. Bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Slightly cocked.
