The pages are clean & crisp and the binding is uncreased, like new. There is light soiling to the edge of the paper, a crease on the front corner and rubbing along the edge. Also a small brown dot on the side of the paper 1-10 pages. No othermarks, rips, tears, stains or writing. Ready to ship with delivery confirmation.
