Boston, MA, USA: Ginn and Company, 1918. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6?" - 7?" tall. Type: Hardback Ginn and Company 1918 Small Hardcover Book in Good Condition. No jacket. Frontis: Portrait of Woodrow Wilson. Newspaper clippings dated 1919, very browned, fragile, one with what looks like a drawing of Theodore Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, and George Washington, with the Capitol in the background. Most are readable but need to open carefully. With an Introduction and Notes by Arthur Roy Leonard that includes a brief biography of Wilson, his literary work, war information, some important dates. Bound in khaki green paper covered boards, with navy stamped front board; clean with wear to corners and spine heel--not bad. Sewn binding is tight and solid and square. Former owner bookplate on paste-down. Endpapers front and back are quite clean and unmarked. Pages are heavily toned, quite readable, clean, no marks of any kind. In remarkably good condition. xxxii + 129 pages. 4.75 x 6.75 inches. 1918, Ginn and Company, Boston, Massachusett.
