London: The Society for Theatre Research, 1973. Facsimile edition, compete in four volumes (bound in this edition in two hardback volumes) plus a hardback index volume. The main volumes are 12mo (18cm by 11cm), and paginate as follows: 312pp; 268pp; 268pp; 269pp. The index volume (compiled by C Beecher Hogan) is 8vo (22cm by 14cm) and has 61 pages. The set is uniformly bound in quarter brown cloth, marbled boards, gilt titling to the spines. Ths set is generally in very good condition, but the preliminary pages of the index volume are a little foxed.
