LEATHER BOUND. This limited First Edition Society volume is bound in rich brown full leather with gilt decorations on both front and rear boards. The classic hubbed spines of three raised bands have gilt text and decorations stamped in the four compartments. Dark chocolate-colored moire end papers have a sewn-in silk ribbon bookmark. Pages are edged in gilt, thread-sewn for strength and durability, have long-lasting, acid-neutral, archival quality paper and a handsome, readable typeface.
Clean, bright, tight. "A shadowy, elusive character -- never named, never seen, but always a formidable presence -- will be found lurking on every page of this novel. Who is it? It is the reader : you," (author).
