Holzman is perhaps best known for Israel is Born which is a documentary record of the British farewell to Palestine, the Declaration of independence, Arab-Jewish debates on partition, United Nations voting on partition, mass rejoicing in Tel Aviv Square, warfare in Israel, kaddish for concentration camp victims, daily life in Israel, etc. Abba Eban (2 February 1915 - 17 November 2002) was an Israeli diplomat and politician, and a scholar of the Arabic and Hebrew languages. In his career, he was Israeli Foreign Affairs Minister, Education Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and ambassador to the United States and to the United Nations. He was also Vice President of the United Nations General Assembly and President of the Weizmann Institute of Science. The author was Ambassador of the State of Israel to the United States, and head of his country's Permanent Delegation to the United Nations. Abba Eban one of Israel's prominent leaders in its first three decades of existence has written the decisive and authoritative representation of the voices of the people of the land of Israel.
