Edges toned with occasional foxing, corners rubbed, some light soiling to vellum, prev owners name on 1/2 title which is creased. A very nice copy of this scarce book on this family of master violin and violincello makers. Seperate chapters are devoted to Andrea Guarneri; Pietro Guarneri of Mantua; Giuseppe Guarneti, son of Andrea; Giuseppe Guarneri del Gesu; Guarneri del Gesu Violins.
