First Edition, First Printing. 223 pages with numerous black and white photographic images throughout. Various sources cite the hardcover edition as limited to just 200 copies issued to libraries and members of Congress and other prominent public figures. Cited in Parr & Badger, Photobook, Vol II, pp. 250-51. BOOK CONDITON: Fine, a solid, tight, clean copy showing light rubbing to edges and light bump to upper front and rear corner (barely affecting the extreme tip of last 12 pages); in a Near Fine dust jacket showing light rubbing to extremities, tiny 1/4" closed tear to upper margin of front panel, similar small closed tear to upper rear panel and 2 small closed tears with associated creasing along lower margin of rear panel (jacket presents quite nicely in a new, clear Brodart protector). A highly collectible copy of the extremely scarce 1st hardcover issue with a collectible dust jacket.
