Additionally, there is an introduction on the history of photography by Beaumont Newhall, illustrated with photos from the Museum of Modern Art's Photographic History Show. Many interesting period ads at rear add another dimension to this stunning collection. 226 pp. 4to. Color, b/w photo ills. Heavy cover wraps are wide-striped on front in red, white, and blue, lettered in constrasting colors. Covers have scuffing and mnior soiling from age and shelf war, 1-1/4" closed tear at top center of front cover, crease to bottom right corner, binding is tight. Photos clean and crisp.
