About This Item
London: Chatto & Windus/Hogarth Press, 1968. First Edition. First printing. A lovely copy of this volume in The Phoenix Living Poets series (published in the US by Wesleyan - the first of his US publications). A very fine copy in a close to fine dust jacket (the spine lightly rubbed and worn at corners). Enright spent much of his career in Asia; although he published many volumes of poetry and edited a number of collections, he may best be remembered as a translator of Proust.
