Mapped end pages, b&w photographs. Light rubbing to the tips of spine and corner, minor soiling to covers. Unclipped dust jacket, chipping/tears to head and foot of spine, chips to corners, a few tears to some of the edges, several closed edge tears, in mylar. 387pp., including index.. Fifth Canadian Printing. Maroon Cloth. Very Good/Good (in mylar). Illus. by B&W Photographs. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
