Hinge is broken near back of book and a few pages are literally hanging on by a thread. Book is very attractive still and defect is only noticed upon opening to back of book. Full page note written from purchaser to previous owner (a very sweet note to his mother), otherwise book is clean inside. International or priority shipping will cost extra due to great size and weight of this impressive book.. Hardcover. Fair/Very Good.
