Bound in the publisher's beige cloth bearing dark green lettering to the spine. Moderate age toning to exteriorly with slightly darker age toning to the spine and chips to the spine edges. Few rubbed areas to the head and tail edges. Front board and spine shows author as "Chauffeur". Text block has top edge gilt with moderate age toning to the fore and tail edges. Deckled fore and tail edges. Slight offsetting to the end papers. Crease to the head fore corner to page forty three. Signed by the author to the half title page. Illustrated. First Edition.
