New York: United Press, Associations, 1943. First edition (hardback). 12mo (19cm by 13cm), 139pp. Frontispiece, plates. Original black cloth, dustwrapper. Binding a little rubbed, else the book is in very good condition; the dustwrapper is in good condition (edges rubbed and chafed). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it. Signed and inscribed by the author.
