A smart first edition of this disaster science fiction novel from English writer Richard Cowper, or John Middleton Murry Junior. First edition. Set in England between 1983 and 1999, this novel follows a comprehensive-school English teacher Calvin Johnson after a freak tornado caused by the supernova of Briareus Delta, a constellation only about 130 light-years from Earth. Written by John Middleton Murry Junior, an English writer known for his science fiction works who used the pen names Colin Murry and Richard Cowper. In the original burgundy cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Fine
